1 // LET'S CATCH UP
Pop me an email through my contact page and we can get this party started! I'll let you know if I am free on your date and we can organise a time to share a drink in person or via zoom. You can tell me about all your plans and I can start helping you make them come to life! If I'm already booked, don't fret! I have 2 amazing photographers that work under my brand that could be available to shoot your day and I do the rest...helping you plan, editing and delivering your amazing photos.
2 // BOOK IT!
To lock me in, I take a 30% retainer fee and I send through a contract with terms and conditions and an outline of all the good stuff you get from me. It's not too onerous and it's assurance on your end that I'm the real deal.
3 // BEFORE THE BIG DAY
So you know when you lock me in that I'm going to be your hype girl, planner, problems solver and more. You'll soon discover that I'm more than just a photographer. I've photographed many weddings and with that comes so much experience and knowledge that I can contribute towards making your day the mother of good times. I'm always open for a chat/email if you need help. I also provide a planning guide full of juicy tips and tricks to get the best out of your day!
4 // THE CELEBRATION
You're getting MARRIED! We are going to celebrate and have a bloody good time. You'll both look and feel amazing. Myself or one of my amazing photographers will be snapping away and all that fabulous fun shit will be stored away in camera for me to unleash on you later. It's going to be the best day!
5 // THE AFTERMATH
You'll both have been through the most incredible day. I'll go home pumped to upload and back up your photos and send you a preview gallery (of roughly up to 100 photos) within 3 days of your celebration! It will take up to 10 weeks to receive the full gallery with all the juicy bits in between added.
6 // PHOTOS LOOK BETTER IN PRINT
After you receive your full gallery you'll want to have easy access to those memories right? Your gallery has an online store attached and you can order prints, framed prints, magazines and albums. Trust me, photos look way better printed instead of becoming digi-dust. Just get in touch with me at any stage after your wedding and we can get this sorted.
What is your approach?
My approach is candid, documentary and raw.
You'll see my work captures connection, little moments of love and fly on the wall doco type photos. Every story is different and I love being there to document it. I do give direction when needed, and I'm there the whole time to add guidance when you feel unsure.
The experience is just as important as the finished product so this is how I approach each session.
If you book either myself or one of the amazing photographers who work for me, you'll be getting the same experience!
Will there be a second shooter?
I'm completely confident I can capture your day on my own, however there are some benefits to having a second shooter. You can choose this as an 'add on' when booking your wedding.
How much do you edit your photos?
Great question! I’d say 70% of the way my photos look comes down to the way I edit my photos. Each photo receives basic colour correction, cropping, adjustment for lighting etc. These corrections all contribute to the vibe you see in my portfolio.
How do I print photos, order magazines or albums?
I have a link on my website on my homepage for this. I am more than happy to talk you through this process to make it as seamless and easy as possible.
Do you travel?
I do! I love going on adventures. Tell me all about it in the contact form and we can make some magic together!
What if it's raining?
Wedding days and rain do happen. The best thing is to be prepared so if it does you're not stressed. You can still get epic photos on a rainy day! I carry enough clear umbrellas for the bridal party. Some of my favourite weddings had rain and that's because the bride and groom embraced it all and had the best time.
How many photos do I get?
It depends on what is happening on the day. How big your bridal party is but trust me, I will give you all the photos that I can and won't miss anything out.
I'm ready to book! What's next?
AMAZING! I can’t WAIT to get to know you both and I’m so thrilled you’ve chosen me. To book I require a signed contract and a third of the total bill as a retainer. Dates cannot be reserved until these have been received.
